Digestive Health

Oats and chia seeds provide fiber that supports regular bowel movements and helps nourish beneficial gut bacteria. A simple way to support digestion without adding another complicated routine to your day.

  • More Flavor: Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a little extra warmth and flavor.

  • Additional Toppings: Try extra almond butter, sliced banana, berries or your favorite fruit.

  • No Protein Powder? Simply omit the protein powder and reduce the almond milk slightly.

  • Meal Prep Tip: Divide into four individual containers after blending for easy grab-and-go breakfasts throughout the week.

  • A Little Reminder: Taking care of yourself doesn't have to mean waking up earlier or adding more to your to-do list. Sometimes it looks like spending a few minutes tonight making tomorrow morning a little easier. Small, intentional choices add up mama!
